NEO-CHINA GROUP<00563> - Amendment to Results Announcement (advised by NEO-CHINA 
GROUP)

The Stock Exchange has received a message from Neo-China Group (Holdings) 
Limited (the "Company") which is reproduced as follows:-

"We hereby clarify that, due to typos made, the correct figures in 
relation to the Options under the subheading "Number of Shares" of Item 4 
"Earning Per Share" contained in the "Notes of  the Summary Results 
Announcement" of the Company for the financial year ended 30 April 2006 
was announced on the Stock Exchange's website by Company on 19 August 2006 
should be 316,804 instead of 989,714; and the correct figure of the "
Weighted Average Number of Ordinary Shares for the purposes of diluted 
earnings per share" should be 3,171,027,573 instead of 3,171,700,483.   
Therefore, the correct figures in relation to the "Impact on Diluted 
Earnings Per Share" for the year 2006 should be :
